Diferent accesses in same account

Hi!
I work as orthodontist in different offices. Is it possible to use 1 webceph account and give access to staff members of the different offices ? I mean in each office access only the patients of that office would be visible to that "assistant" authentication/login. I would have access to all patients with my login, but in each office only that office patients could be visible. Thank you!

Dear doctor, Thank you for your inquiry. As a policy, WebCeph does not allow sharing accounts with users other than the doctor himself/herself to ensure the protection of patient information.

However, if you are managing multiple clinics and wish to distinguish them conveniently, we recommend utilizing the "Color Sticker" feature. You can find the gray sticker button on the far left of the patient list in WebCeph.

Clicking on this sticker allows you to change its color, and the change is saved for that patient instantly.
